How to complain
Email support@openoutlet.co.uk with subject “Complaint” and include your order number, description of the issue, and preferred outcome.

What happens next

  • We acknowledge within 2 working days.
  • We aim to resolve within 10 working days.
  • If you are not satisfied, request escalation to a manager.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
If we cannot resolve your complaint, you can use an independent ADR provider. Details are available on request. Using ADR does not affect your statutory rights.

UK consumer rights
Your statutory rights under UK law remain unaffected, including remedies for faulty goods and the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
