Your Consumer Rights

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving them for any reason.

Additionally, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund if items are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality.

Cancelling Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched by emailing us immediately at support@openoutlet.co.uk.

How to Return

Email support@openoutlet.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Return Costs

Changed your mind? You are responsible for the return postage costs.

Faulty, damaged, or not as described? We cover all return costs as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods and processed via the original payment method.

Exchanges

Yes, we accept exchanges of items in unused, original‑packaging condition.
