These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through this website, operated by Open Outlet Limited. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you are a UK resident aged 18 or over.
1. Company Information
Open Outlet Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) is registered in England and Wales. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
2. Orders & Payments
Orders become binding once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of stock errors, incorrect pricing, or system issues.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway and encrypted using SSL technology. Your payment information is never stored on our servers
3. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched. To do so, contact support@openoutlet.co.uk with your order number. If the parcel has already been handed to the courier, standard return rules apply.
4. Delivery Area
We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom. Orders placed with non-UK addresses will be cancelled and refunded.
5. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses except where required by UK law. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
